BARCIK continued its commitment in 2025 to promoting agroecology, climate justice, food sovereignty, biodiversity conservation, gender justice, and inclusive sustainable development across different regions of Bangladesh through its People-Led Development (PLD) Approach. This participatory approach placed communities at the center of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, helping people develop ownership, leadership, and responsibility toward local development initiatives.
